Role Summary
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex features and critical production fixes across 18 repositories (8 web applications and 10 backend services covering users, requests, integrations, configuration, documents, file scanning, and more) in the AWS Enterprise Service Requests (ESR) ecosystem, a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform where a defect reaches end users and back-office staff alike.
- Executed the framework migration from .NET 8 to .NET 10 across both on-premise and cloud applications, completed between February and March 2026.
- Manage CI/CD release pipelines through four environments (Development, QA, Staging, Production).
- Lead incident management and production support, using Datadog metrics, logs, and traces for rapid root cause analysis of critical defects, with the Datadog MCP server giving Claude Code direct access to the same telemetry for agent-driven diagnosis.
- Built a set of reusable Claude Code skills — commit messages, PR descriptions, QA instructions (Jira via MCP), and Datadog error diagnosis — used across frontend and backend repositories.
- Run cross-repository changes as a multi-agent workflow: one spec with the Jira context, requirements, constraints, and test plan drives separate frontend, backend, and independent tester agents, and I verify the running application before shipping.
- Built a PowerShell orchestrator that brings up the full local environment — two Docker Compose stacks, the backend service, and any of 8 .NET/Angular apps — with one command, cutting setup from 30–60 minutes of manual steps to about 10 and turning 14 recurring setup failures into automated checks and fixes.
